Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies are ineligible to enter.

The competition commences at 14.00 EST on 01/10/2014 and closes at 09.00 EST on 21/10/2014 ("Promotional Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, during the Promotional Period:
visit http://jamesboagspremium.com.au and access the online entry form for this promotion; and
complete all sections of the online entry form, including first name, last name, address, email address, date of birth, mobile number and selection of which Melbourne Spring Racing Event you would like to attend, and answer in 25 words or less: "Why you want to go to the Melbourne Cup Carnival 2014 with James Boag's Premium?" and submit the form. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and original expression. The best five (5) entries for each Melbourne Spring Racing Event, as determined by the judges, will each receive a prize. There will be a total of 20 winning entries selected.
PRIZES:
Prize consists of a James Boag's Premium Spring Racing Experience for winner and one (1) guest who are Australian residents aged 18 years or over, which includes: includes the following:
Two (2) general admission tickets to one of the following Events : AAMI Victoria Derby Day on 01/11/2014 or Emirates Melbourne Cup Day on 04/11/2014 or Crown Oaks Day on 06/11/2014 or Emirates Stakes Day on 08/11/2014 (RRP $150.88), allocated to winners based on their selection on their entry form
Two (2) VIP tickets to the James Boag's Premium Celebration Deck (RRP $100);
Two (2) nights accommodation at The Olsen for two (2) people in one (1) standard double room for the nights between 31/10/2014 and 01/11/2014 or 04/11/2014 and 05/11/2014 or 05/11/2014 and 06/11/2014 or 07/11/2014 and 08/11/2014 depending on the chosen Event (RRP $1,058);
One (1) Cabcharge voucher valued at $100 (RRP $100.00). The voucher can be used in multiple transactions until the total has been redeemed. Voucher valid until 01/07/15;
Two (2) x return economy class airfares from the winners nearest Australian capital city to Melbourne (Tullamarine Airport) departing and returning on 31/10/2014 and 01/11/2014 or 04/11/2014 and 05/11/2014 or 05/11/2014 and 06/11/2014 or 07/11/2014 and 08/11/2014 depending on the chosen Event, valued at up to $2,000 (depending on point of departure) subject to availability. For winners resident in Victoria, the flight component of the prize will not be included.
There are five (5) James Boag's Premium Spring Racing Experiences to be won per Event. A total of twenty (20) James Boag's Premium Spring Racing Experiences to be won for the competition. Total RRP value of prize = $3,408.88 each. Total RRP value of all prizes = $68,177.60. All other ancillary costs, including but not limited to taxes (excluding GST), fuel, meals and beverages (unless specified), transfers (unless specified), activities (unless specified), insurance, incidentals and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and their guest arrange at their own expense valid travel insurance with the highest available coverage for their period of travel. The prize is a single event for the winner and their guest and cannot be separated into separate components. Winners and guests must travel together.
