Who can enter this competition?
This competition is open to all permanent residents of Australia, except employees of Universal Pictures International Australasia Pty Ltd, its agents, and the immediate family of those employees. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age, and any guest of a prize winner must also be at least 18 years of age.
When can they enter?
The competition starts at 10:00 am AEST on Wednesday, 26th July 2023, and ends at 5:00 pm AEST on Friday, 28th July 2023.
How can they enter?
Participants can enter by going to https://meg2thetrenchcompetition.splashthat.com, filling out their details and stating their strategy to evade 3 Megs at the same time.
What is the prize they can win and what is the total worth of the prize?
There will be twenty (20) winners in total. Ten (10) in Sydney and Ten (10) in Melbourne. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend a premiere screening in their state. The value per double pass is $80. Therefore, the total prize value is $1600.
How will the winners be determined?
Winners will be determined by a panel of judges based on the most creative response. This competition is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence regarding the result will be entertained.
When and how will the winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email within 1 day of the judging, which will take place at 12:00pm AEST on Monday, 31st July 2023.
What happens if the prize is not claimed?
If the winner, for any reason, does not claim any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the winner forfeits the prize, with no compensation or further liability of the Promoter. The winner and their guest will be added to the door guest list and they are required to RSVP. Their acceptance and confirmation of names must be received by 5:00pm AEST Tuesday 1st August 2023 to confirm receipt of the prize. If the RSVP is not received by that date, the prize will be forfeited.
