Eligibility:
The promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 16 years or over.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter.
The following are ineligible: (i) employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, Scentre Group, The Walt Disney Company, Flight Centre Travel Group Limited, and their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries; and (iv) any person who the Promoter has previously notified is not permitted to enter the Promoter’s promotions.
Promotion Period:
The Promotion commences on 02/03/2023 at 9.00am AEDT and ends at 11:59pm AEDT in each Participating Centre on 23/03/2023.
How to Enter:
Download the Westfield Plus Application and register to become a member.
Open the App, using their mobile device, in a Participating Centre.
Scan the entry QR code and enter the competition via the Westfield Plus app, adding your full legal first and last name matching photographic ID, phone number, and state of residence.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to conditions.
Prizes:
The first twenty (20) valid entries randomly selected, from all valid entries received will each win a family trip to Disneyland Resort in California, USA (for 2 adults and 2 children aged between 2 and 11 years inclusive) valued at up to AUD$13,500 depending on date and point of departure.
Spending money, meals, taxes, insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, baggage fees, car parking, insurance, parking fees, room service, laundry service, spa treatments, food or beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, incidental expenses local or long-distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, service charges, any other items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
The prize is subject to the standard booking terms and conditions of Flight Centre and the airline’s conditions of carriage.
Each prize winner and their guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government-issued identification and passports, and insurance.
A prize winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the prize that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the prize will be forfeited.
If a prize winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the prize will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to such prize winner.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Draw and Winner Notification:
The draw will take place on 28/03/2023, and the provisional winner(s) will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw.
A prize winner may not charge any Guest for participating in the prize.
A draw for any prizes that remain unclaimed will take place on 01/05/2023, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
