Who can enter the VEGEMITE® x McDonald’s Friendship Necklace Giveaway?
The competition is open to residents of Australia who are aged 15 years or older. Entrants under 18 must obtain consent from their parent or legal guardian.
When does the competition close?
The competition commences at 9:00am (AEDT) on 17 January 2025 and closes at 12:00am (AEDT) on 26 January 2025.
How can one enter the competition?
Eligible entrants must complete the competition form available at [https://mcdonalds.com.au/FriendshipNecklace] during the competition period, providing their answer to the given prompt. Each entrant is limited to one entry throughout the competition.
What are the prizes available in this competition?
Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) VEGEMITE® x McDonald’s Friendship Necklace, valued at up to AUD$195.00 each (excluding GST).
What is the total prize pool amount for the competition?
The total maximum prize value for all prizes awarded in the competition is up to AUD$3,900.00 (excluding GST).
How will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the judging, and their first initial, surname, and postcode will be published on the McDonald’s Australia website by 29 February 2025.
How will the judging process work?
All eligible entries will be judged by a panel of qualified judges based on originality and creative merit, and the judging will take place by 29 January 2025.
What are the responsibilities of entrants regarding their email?
Entrants must ensure they have ongoing access to the email address used for entry, as notifications will be sent via this email.
