Item 10 Competition Drawn The Competition will be drawn from Wednesday 25th
November at 10.00 AEDT.
Item 11 Drawing Details The Competition will be drawn at Ground Floor, 4-16
Yurong Street, East Sydney NSW 2010 (or such other
location as reasonably practicable)
Item 12 Notification Date Winners will be notified on Friday 27th November 2020 at
17:30 AEDT.
Item 13 Notification Method Winners will be notified by email.
It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that the
details in their entry are correct, including without limitation
telephone contact number, email and postal address
details, and no responsibility will be taken by the Promoter
for any incorrect or out of date information. Entrants must
supply a valid telephone number with their entry.
Item 14 Draw Publication Details winners will not be published on publisher’s Facebook
page.
Item 15 Prize
There will be twenty (20) prize winners who will win the
following prize:
? One (1) Citizenship packs (comprised of
SpongeBob Recycling Magnet, SpongeBob
Citizen Badge, SpongeBob Stainless Steel
Straw, SpongeBob Stainless Steel Drink Bottle,
SpongeBob Calico Bag, SpongeBob Passport

($58).
Total prize pool value: One thousand one hundred and fifty
dollars ($1,150)
Item 16 Unclaimed Prize Draw Where a winner cannot be contacted in accordance with
Clause 6 of the General Terms, the Promoter will hold an
Unclaimed Prize Draw.
This draw will be held at 14:00 AEDT on Thursday 25th
February, 2021 at the location set out in Item 11 of these
Specific Conditions and winners will be notified by the
method set out in Item 13 of these Specific Conditions and
published in accordance with the method set out in Item 14
of these Specific Conditions.
Item 17 Special Conditions
1. The Promoter will not be responsible for replacing
or retrieving any prize sent to an incorrect
address based on incorrect details provided by
any winner.

2. Entrants may enter this Competition an unlimited
number of times.
3. Competition Prize winners will be drawn at
random from the pool of entrants who have
successfully completed the entry form.
4. Any and all ancillary elements or costs associated
with any part of the Prize not specifically detailed
in Item 15 are the sole responsibility of the Prize
winners.
