Chance to Win 2018 NRL Tickets with Tooheys
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the terms and conditions.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must
comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of New South Wales who are 18 years and over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and
outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. This promotion is
limited to outlets in New South Wales that have been invited by the Promoter
to participate ("Participating Outlet").
3. The promotion commences at 00.01 EST on 02/04/2018 and closes at 23.59
EST on 12/04/2018 (“Promotional Period”).
How to Enter
4. To enter, participants must do the following within the Promotional Period:
(a) visit https://www.tooheys.com.au/competitions/win-nrl-tickets-2018/ to
access the online entry form for the promotion;
(b) fully complete and submit the online entry form (including full name,
date of birth, address, email address and contact number);
(c) as part of completing the online entry form, select the preferred NRL
game that you would like to be in a chance to attend, from either:
(i) Manly Home Game: Manly Warringah Sea Eagles vs.
Newcastle Knights at 18.00 EST on 27/04/2018; or
(ii) Penrith Home Game: Penrith Panthers vs. Canterbury Bulldogs
at 19.50 EST on 27/04/2018; or
(iii) Newcastle Home Game: Newcastle Knights vs. South Sydney
Rabbitohs at 18.00 EST on 04/05/2018; and
(d) consent to receive marketing communications from Tooheys New.
5. Limit applies of one entry per person per day.
Prize Draw
6. There will be three prize draws held as part of this promotion, each prize draw
will take place at 13:00 EST on 13/04/2018 at Traction Digital, Level 1, 100
Harris Street, Pyrmont, 2009.
7. The three prize draws will be separately drawn from entries selecting the
Manly Home Game, Penrith Home Game and Newcastle Home Game,
respectively. The first sixty seven (67) prize winners drawn from the Manly
Home Game prize draw will each receive a prize, the first sixty seven (67)
prize winners drawn from the Penrith Home Game prize draw will each
receive a prize, and the first sixty six (66) prize winners drawn from the
Newcastle Home Game prize draw will each receive a prize.
Prize
8. There are 200 prizes available to be won as part of this promotion. Each prize
consists of one (1) General Admission double pass to one of three (3) NRL
rugby matches. The number of prizes available to be won and details of each
NRL rugby match are as follows:
(a) sixty seven (67) prizes available to the Manly Home Game against
Newcastle Knights at 18:00 EST on 27/04/2018 at Lottoland of
Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100 (RRP $56.90 per double pass);
(b) sixty seven (67) double passes to the Panthers Home Game against
the Canterbury Bulldogs at 19:50 EST on 27/04/2018 at Panthers
Stadium of Mulgoa Road (Corner of Ransley Street), Penrith, NSW
2750 (RRP $50.00 per double pass); and
(c) sixty six (66) double passes to the Newcastle Home Game against the
South Sydney Rabbitohs at 10:00 EST on 04/05/2018 at McDonald
Jones Stadium of 294 Turton Road, Broadmeadow, NSW 2292 (RRP
$52.00 per double pass).
Total RRP value of all prizes in this promotion = $10,594.30. All other
ancillary costs including but not limited to: insurance, taxes (excluding GST),
meals, drinks, transfers and any and all other expenses are the responsibility
of the winner.
Prize Specific Conditions
9. Winners will be emailed their prize by the Promoter in the form of electronic
printable tickets by 16/04/2018.
10. Prize winner and their guest must 18 years or older.
Winner Notification
11. Winners will be notified by telephone and email within three (3) days of the
draw. Winners must accept their prize by 23:59 EST on 19/04/2018 by return
email.
12. If any prize remains unclaimed in accordance with clause 11 or is otherwise
forfeited, despite the Promoter making all reasonable efforts to notify a winner
or the winner or because a winning entry does not comply with these terms
and conditions, the Promoter may deem any winner as ineligible to receive
the prize.
13. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 20/04/2018 at the same
time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed or
forfeited prizes. Second chance draw winners will be notified by telephone
and email within three (3) days of the draw.
General
14. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter’s
decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into.
15. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter assumes no responsibility for
any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss,
damage or injury in connection with the conduct of the promotion whether as
a result of:
a. technical or telecommunications problems, including security
breaches, technical website malfunctions or glitches; or
b. acts or omissions (including negligent acts of omissions) of the
Promoter's servants or agents involved in the conduct of this
promotion.
In the event of such problems or conduct, the Promoter may (subject to
relevant state and territory lottery regulations and where necessary with the
approval of the relevant lottery authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend
the promotion.
16. If any prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable for reasons
beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize or
element of a prize of equal or greater value at the Promoter’s sole discretion,
subject to any written directions from the relevant authorities. Winners will not
be entitled to any additional compensation in the event that the prize or
element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity,
residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to entry
into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the
Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to
disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide
information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise
involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering
with this promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the promotion as
intended by the Promoter. In the event of such problems or conduct, then the
Promoter may (where necessary with approval from the relevant lottery
authority) modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
18. The prize is subject to the terms and conditions of third party suppliers,
including Ticketmaster Australasia Pty Ltd ABN 49 098 258 837 (each a
"Third Party Supplier"). The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss,
damage or injury suffered by any winner as a result of the conduct of any
Third Party Supplier or otherwise as a result of the winner accepting and/or
using a prize, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the
negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be
excluded by law.
19. Entrants will be refused service of alcohol or provision of an alcoholic
beverage prize if it would breach any relevant laws, codes or policies
including those of the relevant liquor licensee relating to the NSW Code of
Practice for Responsible Service of Alcohol. The Promoter supports the
responsible service of alcohol.
20. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image, entry, and/or voice
in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including
any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed
and/or supplied by the Promoter.
21. Any personal property rights in entries are owned by the Promoter. Details
from entries will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this
promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties, including local lottery
authorities, for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and
for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this
promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and
agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other
organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing
and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the
entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal
