Competition Period close Date & Time 5pm (local time) on Friday 20th July 2018 8. Entry Restrictions a) Entrants and their companions must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry. b) To be eligible for the Major Prize entrants; I. must be able to take the Major Prize at their workplace on the below dates in their relevant State; Brisbane: from 3pm on Friday 22nd June Sydney: from 3pm on Friday 29th June Perth: from 3pm on Friday 6th July Adelaide: from 3pm on Friday 13th July Melbourne: from 3pm on Friday 20th July II. must ensure they have permission and specific approval from their employer or business owner (as applicable) for the Promoter to enter the premises to conduct the Major Prize on the above dates. III. must be able to provide adequate bench space within their employer’s office kitchen to accommodate the Major Prize equipment to a minimum size of 100cm(w) x50cm(d) x54cm(h) IV. grant to the Promoter and Harris Coffee a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty free licence to capture audio, photos, video and entry materials for the purposes of conducting the competition and for marketing and promotional purposes 9. How to enter Online entry: During the Competition Period: (a) listeners will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website and complete the online entry form including by providing their contact details and stating in 25 words or less ‘how bad your office coffee situation is and why you need a Coffee Making Intervention at your workplace’ (b) each entry submitted from the relevant State by the time specified below will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station; Brisbane: 11am (local time) on Wednesday 20 th June Sydney: 11am (local time) on Wednesday 27 th June Perth: 11am (local time) on Wednesday 4 th July Adelaide: 11am (local time) on Wednesday 11 th July Melbourne: 11am (local time) on Wednesday 18th July (c) The Station will select the entry it deems to be the “best” from all valid entries received by the time specified above in each State and will be deemed a winner and awarded with the Major Prize for that State (d) all valid entries received at the end of the Competition Period will be individually reviewed by representatives of the Station. The Station will select the five (5) entries it deems to be the “best” in each State from all valid entries received within the Competition Period and will be deemed winners for that State and will receive a Minor Prize. 10. Limitation on entries Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they wish, however entrants may only win one prize each. 11. Challenge Details N/A 12. Dimensions: 470 (h) x 200 (d) x 156 (w) - Large Bodum Plunger & 8 cup Bodum Pour over - 12 x Harris branded mugs - 1 x Harris branded coffee tray - 2 x branded coffee jars - Domestic Knock Box - 9 Bar Tamper - 10kg of Harris Specialty Series Coarse Ground Coffee - 1 x Harris branded barista apron - 1 x Metallurgica Motta Europa white 500ml - Delivered and installed to the Entrants’ workplace with a training demo 14: Total Prize Value Up to $53,695 (inc GST) 15: Winner Notification Major Prize winners will be notified via telephone 1-2 days prior to the date specified below in their relevant State; Brisbane: Friday 22nd June Sydney: Friday 29th June Perth: Friday 6th July Adelaide: Friday 13th July Melbourne: Friday 20th July Minor Prize winners will be notified by phone and/or mail. 16: Prize Claim and Delivery The major prize will be provided to the major prize winner’s workplace by the Harris Coffee on the below dates in their relevant State; Brisbane: Friday 22nd June Sydney: Friday 29th June Perth: Friday 6th July Adelaide: Friday 13th July Melbourne: Friday 20th July The Minor Prizes will be delivered to the winner’s residential address via mail or available for collection by the winner from the Station as specified by the Promoter at the time of winning. The Promoter will contact the winner when their prize is ready for collection. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost or mishandled post packs and will not replace lost or damaged items sent via post. 17. Special conditions By entering this competition, Entrants agree that: ? All audio, photos, videos or other material captured during the delivery of the Major Prize or submitted as part of their entry and owned by them; ? Materials do not contain images or copyright materials of anyone else unless they have the express consent of that person(s); ? Materials do not contain anything which is (as determined by the Promoter in its discretion) obscene, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate any entry which does not meet the criteria above.
