1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Lenard’s Pty Ltd ABN 96 010 711 145 of 14 Tombo Street, Capalaba, QLD, 4157 (Promoter).
2. Promotional Period
The promotion starts at 10:00 am AEST 1 September 2020 and concludes at 5:00 pm AEST 11 October 2020. Any entries received before the start date and after the finish date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter and any other agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 or over.
4. Entry Instructions
To enter the draw, entrants must complete the form on the competition entry page at https://www.lenards.com.au/weber/, or the landing page located at https://woobox.com/th6siu or on the Lenard’s Chicken Facebook Page. Entrants are limited to 1 entry per receipt.
5. Prize and Prize Draw
27 prizes to be given away by the Promoter being one Weber Baby Q Titanium (Q1000) (Prize) for each participating Lenard’s store in Australia.
The price of one Prize is AU$339
The total value of Prize pool is AU$9,153
The Prize awarded may not be exactly as illustrated in displays or marketing for the Promotion.
Unless otherwise specified, Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
If any Prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize equal to the value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Winners of the Prizes will be chosen on 16 October 2020 at 1pm by segmenting the entries by store, validating entries (see below), then randomly selecting from each stores pool using the online Random List Picker - https://random-ize.com/pick-from-list/.
Winners will be notified via telephone, email and published online at 6pm, 16 October 2020 on the Lenard’s Chicken Facebook page.
If a prize is not claimed after three business days, a second chance draw will be held on 23 October 2020 at 1pm.
If there is a second chance prize draw, winners of the second chance draw will be notified via telephone, email and published online at 6pm, 23 October 2020 on the Lenard’s Chicken Facebook page.
6. Validation
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry or prize claim that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. An entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from a regulatory authority.
If anybody does not provide the basic information required in the entry form they will not be eligible to enter this promotion. The Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any entry of any entrant, who generally discredits the goodwill or reputation of the promotion or the Promoter.
The Promoter's decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
It is a condition of entry that the entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of a Prize (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of the competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products and services, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters or otherwise.

The Promoter abides by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You have various rights under the Australian Privacy Principles including the right to access information that you have provided to us. As part of the terms and conditions, the Promoter requests this information to conduct the promotion, validate your entry, and periodically send you promotional offers. Entrants may receive ongoing marketing communications from the Promoter unless you request to unsubscribe.
This information collected will only be used for the purposes detailed or implied in these terms and conditions. By entering this competition you consent to the use of information provided. The information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent, or unless we are obligated by any law to provide that information.
By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s). If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
