Who can enter the sweepstakes?
The sweepstakes, Gabby's Dollhouse Giveaway, is open to Australian residents only. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Stuck On You, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
When can they enter?
The sweepstakes begins on 06 August, 2023 at 12:00AM AEDT and ends on 31 August, 2023 at 11:59PM AEST. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
How can they enter?
Participants can enter the sweepstakes by submitting an entry using the online form provided at https://www.stuckonyou.com/au/gabbysdollhouse. They must pass any verification requirements (email or fraud score) set by the Sponsor. It's also important to note that entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified.
What is the prize?
Three winners will receive a Gabby's Dollhouse x Stuck On You Prize Pack.
What is the total worth of the prize?
Each prize pack has an approximate retail value of 500 AUD.
What happens if a participant tries to circumvent the rules or engage in fraudulent behavior?
If a participant uses fraudulent methods or otherwise attempts to circumvent the rules of the Sweepstakes, their submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
How is the winner notified?
The Winner will be notified within 7 days of the winner selection. If the Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected.
What is the consequence of entering the sweepstakes?
By entering the sweepstakes, participants are agreeing to sign up to Stuck On You's promotional emails. They also grant the Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
What are the limitations of liability?
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Stuck On You and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from participating in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
