The South Melbourne Market Seafood Feast Promotion 2024 offers participants a chance to win seafood vouchers from various suppliers by completing an online entry form.
Who can enter the promotion?
Entry to the promotion is open to Australian residents. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, SMM Traders, and their associated agencies are ineligible.
When does the promotion close?
The promotion commences on March 4, 2024, at 1:00 PM AEST and entries close at 4:00 PM AEST on April 12, 2024. Winners will be notified by email by April 20, 2024.
How can one enter the promotion?
Participants must complete an online entry form at www.southmelbournemarket.com.au. Only one entry per person is permitted.
What are the prizes won?
The prize pool includes three seafood vouchers, valued at $500 each. One voucher is supplied by Aptus Seafood, one by Gem Pier Seafood, and one by South Melbourne Seafoods. Winners will receive one seafood voucher each.
Are there any restrictions on the prizes?
The prize, or any unused portion, is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If a winner is under 18 years old, the prize will be awarded to their nominated parent or guardian.
What happens if a prize remains unclaimed?
If a winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of notification, another eligible entry will be selected. If a prize remains unclaimed for six months from the close of the competition (October 12, 2024), it will be forfeited.
What if the prize is unavailable?
If the prize or part of it is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value and/or specification.
What are the Promoter's liabilities?
The Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising out of the promotion, including technical difficulties, theft, unauthorized access, and tax liabilities.
How is personal information used?
Personal information collected is used to conduct the promotion and may be used for promotional purposes indefinitely. Entrants consent to their name, likeness, and voice being used for promotional purposes.
