(b) go to www.thirstforadventure.com.au (the Website) and complete the Promotion entry form, including the last 5 digits of the barcodes of the Products and personal details. OR
(c) write their complete name, address, daytime contact number and the last 5 digits of the barcodes of the Products on the back of a stamped envelope and send it to ‘Schweppes ‘Choose your own Adventure’ Promotion‘ GPO Box 3571, Melbourne Victoria 3001. Each entry must be in a separate envelope.
Entrants must retain ALL purchase receipts for ALL entries.
