WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating pharmacies, Priceline retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences on 27/07/2015 and ends at 5:00pm AEST on 30/09/2015 (“Promotional Period”). Final entries must be received by last mail on 12/10/2015. HOW TO ENTER: To be eligible to enter, individuals must send an email to promotion@benzac.com.au containing their first name, last name, telephone number, and an answer to the promotional question “ Tell us what being confident means to you” in twenty five (25) words or less. PRIZES: The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The best three (3) valid entries, as determined by the judges, will each win one (1) Apple Sport Watch valued at $499.
