12. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with any third
party vendor terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes lost or damaged in
transit.
a. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable
for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
14. If for any reason any element of the prize/s becomes unavailable, which is out of the promoter’s control then a similar
prize of equal value, will be awarded in lieu. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an
element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the
winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
15. Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent
financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation,
indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but
not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that
cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
17. If for any reason the proper conduct of this promotion is compromised due to infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter,
which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the
right in its sole discretion to disqualify an entrant or cancel this Promotion.
