What is the Promotion?
The Promotion is a game of skill where Eligible Entrants can win a Prize by answering a question on the Website in 25 words or less in accordance with the Criteria.
Who can enter the Promotion?
Entry into the Promotion is restricted to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd ABN 63 002 915 648 (“Promoter”) and any agency associated with this Promotion, and their immediate family.
When can I enter the Promotion?
The Promotional Period starts at 12:01 AM (AEDT), Monday, 17 April 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEDT), Sunday, 7 May 2023.
How can I enter the Promotion?
To enter the Promotion, Eligible Entrants must register their interest on the Website, answer the Question on the Website in 25 words or less in accordance with the Criteria, and comply with these T&Cs and other reasonable directions of the Promoter (on the Website or otherwise).
What is the Prize and how many Prizes will be awarded?
There will be three (3) Prizes awarded in total. The Winners will get to select between: 12kg Bespoke Smart Front Load Washer (Black) (Model No. WW12BB944DGB/SA) and matching 9kg Bespoke Smart Heatpump Dryer (Black) (Model No. DV90BB9440GB/SA) and Bespoke Stacking Kit (Black) (Model No. SKK-SRV/SA) valued at RRP $3,897. OR 12kg Bespoke Smart Front Load Washer (White) (Model No. WW12BB944DGH/SA) and matching 9kg Bespoke Smart Heatpump Dryer (White) (Model No. DV90BB9440GH/SA) and Bespoke Stacking Kit (White) (Model No. SKK-SRW/SA) valued at RRP $3,697.
What happens after I submit my entry?
At the conclusion of the Promotional Period, a selection of judges comprising employees of the Promoter and/or employees of an agent of the Promoter ("Panel") will review each of the Eligible Entries. The Panel will determine, in its absolute discretion, the best 3 Eligible Entries. The 3 Eligible Entrants who submitted the best 3 Eligible Entries will each win a Prize ("Winners").
How will I know if I've won and how will I receive my Prize?
The Winners will be notified via the email address they registered when submitting their Eligible Entry that they have won a Prize. The Prize will be delivered by post to the Winners’ Australian address within 60 days of selection as a Winner.
What if I don't accept my Prize?
If a Winner fails to satisfy these T&Cs or forfeits or fails to accept their Prize within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified that he/she is a Winner, then that Winner will be deemed to have forfeited their Prize. In those circumstances, the Panel will meet to determine the Eligible Entrant who, in the Panel’s absolute discretion, submitted the next most creative and unique Eligible Entry that satisfies the Criteria out of the remaining Eligible Entries ("Replacement Winner").
What else should I know?
By participating in this Competition, each entrant (whether an Eligible Entrant or otherwise), grants to the Promoter an irrevocable, indefinite licence to use his or her entry anywhere in the world for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, without remuneration, fees or royalties of any kind.
