3. To be eligible to enter this Competition entrants must: a. Complete the competition entry form. b. Be a resident of Australia.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, sponsors and their Associated Agents and Corporations are not eligible to enter.
5. The Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
6. The prize winner can choose the date of delivery before 1/06/2015. In the event that the prize winner lives outside the Bokckers & Pony delivery network a substitute product of equal or greater value may be sent instead.
7. The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any kind.
8. There will be three (3) Major Prize winners who will be chosen from all correct entries received during the Promotion Period.
9. The winner selection will be conducted at 10.00am AEST on Wednesday 1st April 2015. The Major Prize winners will be contacted via phone and via email using the contact details supplied by the entrant at time of submission of competition entry form. 10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or negotiations will be entered into.
