WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Stuart Alexander & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 43 000 058 677) of Level 3, 1 Smail Street, Ultimo NSW 2007, telephone: 1800 188 484 (Promoter), Participating Retailers (defined in clause 4) and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 09:00am AEST on 29/06/2015 and ends at last mail received (for mail entries) and 11:59pm AEST (for online entries) on 18/09/2015 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Werther’s Original product from a Participating Retailer (“Qualifying Purchase”). For the purposes of this Promotion, a Participating Retailer is any participating supermarket or convenience store in Australia that stocks Werther’s Original products and displays promotional advertising material for this Promotion during the Promotional Period (“Participating Retailer”). Participating Retailers EXCLUDE all Coles, Woolworths/Safeway and Aldi branded supermarkets and convenience stores e.g. Coles Express and Woolworths Petrol. For clarity, if an individual purchases any Werther’s Original product from a retailer that is not displaying the promotional advertising material during the Promotional Period then that product will not be eligible for entry into the promotion under the Qualifying Purchase requirement.
To enter, individuals must then complete one (1) of the following two (2) entry methods during the Promotional Period:
Enter by Mail: Complete the official A6 entry form, found in Participating Retailers, with the requested details, (including but not limited to, their full name, a valid email address, phone number, full postal address (including number, street, suburb, state and post code) and the last 6 digits of the product barcode (found on the back of the Qualifying Purchase)) and then send their fully completed entry form to,“Werther’s Original Win a Cruise” Promotion, PO Box 687 Eastern Suburbs MC NSW 2004, so that it is received by last mail on 18/09/2015; or
Enter Online: visit www.wertherswinacruise.com.au and input the requested details (including but not limited to, their full name, a valid email address, phone number, postcode and the last 6 digits of the product barcode (found on the back of the Qualifying Purchase)) and submit their fully completed online entry form so that it is received by 11:59pm AEST on 18/09/2015.
The Promoter recommends that entrants use registered and express post to send entries via mail. However, this is not a condition of entry. The Promoter is not responsible for any mail entries that are not received during the Promotional Period due to no fault of the Promoter e.g. if the entry is addressed incorrectly, Australia Post misplaces a mail entry or fails to deliver a mail entry to the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
Entrants must retain their original Qualifying Purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Qualifying Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to the date of entry into the Promotion.
PRIZES:
The first three (3) valid entries drawn will each win a trip for two (2) adults, aboard a cruise ship, to the South Pacific Islands valued at up to AU$7,750 depending on date and point of departure (“Prize”). The Prize includes:
two (2) x return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city to Sydney, NSW (only provided if winner resides outside of NSW);
eight (8) nights twin share accommodation aboard a Pacific Islands cruise ship, departing from and returning to Sydney, NSW (exact cruise and room type to be determined by the Promoter);
two (2) nights, minimum four (4) star twin share accommodation in Sydney, NSW (one (1) night pre and one (1) night post cruise (exact hotel to be determined by the Promoter));
return private transfers from Sydney airport to Sydney accommodation;
return private transfers from Sydney accommodation to Sydney port;
standard breakfast, lunch and dinner meals served whilst aboard the cruise ship (excluding those restaurants which incur an additional cover charge);
standard non-alcoholic beverages whilst aboard the cruise ship (excluding those which incur an additional charge);
on-board activities, evening entertainment and nightclubs (excluding those activities and facilities which incur an additional cover charge);
all port charges and taxes; and
AU$250 spending money for the winner awarded by electronic bank transfer to winner’s nominated account or in the form of a cheque made payable in the winner’s name.
