Win 1 of 3 family holidays to LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort! - 1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and
Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and
Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents. Entrants under 18 years
old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of
the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement
as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Retailers (as
defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse,
child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent,
step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, stepsister or 1st cousin.
4. Entries into the promotion open on 20/01/20 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 12/04/20
(“Promotional Period”).
5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase, in a single transaction, two (2)
AYAM products (“Participating Products”) from a Participating Retailer during the
Promotional Period. A “Participating Retailer” is any Australian or New Zealand
retailer which sells Participating Products.
6. To enter, individuals must then visit www.winwithayam.com.au, follow the prompts to
the promotion entry page, input the requested details including first name, last name,
state, post code, the Participating Products purchased, store of purchase and email
address, and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period.
7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per
specified purchase requirement; (b) only one entry permitted per transaction,
regardless of how many Participating Products over two (2) are purchased in that
transaction; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with
the entry requirements.
8. Entrants must retain their original OR a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all
entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries
when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation
of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase
receipt(s) must clearly specify the Participating Retailer, Participating Products, and
that the purchase was made during the promotional period but prior to entry.
9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and
entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason
to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry
process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to
jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be
accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal

rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are
reserved.
10. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
11. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in
its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
12. There will be one (1) draw conducted for the entries received each day of the
Promotional Period, for a total of eighty four (84) draws (“Daily Draws”), and three
(3) major draws conducted for this promotion (each a “Major Draw”). Subject to the
starting and closing time of the Promotional Period, entries into each Daily Draw will
open at 12am and close at 11.59pm each day based on Melbourne local time.
Entries close for each Major Draw on the dates and times specified in the table in
clause 13 below. All times indicated are AEST/AEDST unless specified otherwise.
Entries in each Daily Draw will NOT be entered into any subsequent Daily Draw(s),
however, all entries (including the Daily Draw winners) will be entered into the
relevant Major Draw. Entries in each Major Draw will NOT be entered into any
subsequent Major Draws.
13. All draws will take place at Peazie Social Media (Group) Pty Ltd, Havas, 121
Harrington Street, The Rocks, 2000, Australia. Each Daily Draw will take place at
12pm on the business day after entries close for that Daily Draw, with the first Daily
Draw taking place on 21/01/20 and the last Daily Draw taking place on 15/04/20. For
the removal of doubt, no draws will be conducted during the weekend or on a public
holiday in . The Major Draws will take place on the dates specified in the table below
at 12pm in the presence of an independent scrutineer. Winners will be notified in
writing within two (2) business days of the relevant draw and published on
www.winwithayam.com.au from 24/04/20.
