Australian residents only, aged 18 years or older who complete, in full, the entry form

associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. 3. The ‘Promoter’ is Sutton Tools Pty

0800. 4. The promotion commences 12/8/2020 at 3pm (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard
Time) and closes 02/09/2020 at 11.59am (AEST, Australian Eastern Standard Time). To
enter the promotion, eligible entrants must complete the entry form available at
http://www.suttontools.com/kellyracingpromotion/ during the promotional period. 5. The
prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not
transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize
with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 6. Prizes are not redeemable for cash
and will be forfeited if the winner is unable to claim the prize within seven working days of
notification. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at
the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize or any element of the prize will not be
redeemable for cash. 7. The weekly winner will be chosen by a Sutton Tools representative
which will be picked at random from all complete entries from 378 Settlement Road,
Thomastown Victoria, 3074. The winner will be notified by email following the random draw

returned as undeliverable, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn
from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. 8. The promoter also reserves the right to
cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control. 9. All entries and any
copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The
Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the
