Entrants who are under 18 years of age at the date of entering the competition must have permission from their parent or legal guardian to enter. Employees of Hertz and Melbourne Football Club, their immediate families or registered travel companions and any agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter. HOW TO ENTER To enter the competition, you must submit an online entry by providing your first name, last name and email address where required on the competition landing page at https://www.melbournefc.com.au/fans/competitions/hertz-season-starter during the competition period. An email advertising the competition will also be sent to Hertz customers and Melbourne Football Club members and will include a link to the competition landing page. The competition period commences at 00.01 AEDT on 4 February 2020 and ends at 23.59 AEDT on 10 February 2020. No late entries will be accepted. A limit of one entry to the competition per person applies. SELECTION OF WINNER Three (3) winners will be chosen by a random draw which will take place at 11.00am AEDT on 14 February 2020 at Hertz Head Office, 636 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria 3004. The winners will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the draw. The results of the draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw. This is a game of chance. SECOND CHANCE DRAW If the winners do not respond to Hertz within 14 days of being notified that they have won the competition, that winner is not readily identified, and reasonable efforts have been made by Hertz to identify the winner(s) were unsuccessful, they will automatically forfeit their prize and Hertz reserves the right to select another winner or winners through a second chance draw. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on 28 February 2020 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to nominate an alternative winner(s) for any unclaimed prizes. The second chance draw winner(s) will be notified by email and telephone on the day of the draw. The results of any second chance draw will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the results of the draw.
