WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents:
(a) aged 18 years and over; and
(b) aged under 18 years, who have obtained their parent or guardian's consent to enter the Promotion on these Terms and whose parent or guardian have agreed to these Terms, excluding:
(c) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);
(d) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 5(c) of these Terms;
(e) persons who have won a prize or prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than $5,000 (including GST) in any Promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, within the 12 months prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period;
(f) persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and
(g) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, (Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 5(c) of these Terms includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion will be open from 12:01am Australian Eastern Standard (AEST) on 17 August 2015 until 11:59pm AEST on 23 October 2015 (Promotion Period). The chance to win an instant win prize is only available for entries submitted between 12:01am AEST on 1 September 2015 and 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2015 (Instant Win Period). Entries received outside of the Instant Win Period will not have the chance to win an instant win prize.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
(a) purchase any of the following eligible SPC products (Eligible Products) from a Participating Outlet:
(i) specially marked four (4) pack of SPC Spaghetti; or
(ii) specially marked four (4) pack of SPC Baked Beans, Eligible products are as follows, SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato 4x220g, SPC Baked Beans Rich Tomato Salt Reduced 4x220g , SPC Baked Beans with Sneaky Veg 4x220g, SPC Baked Beans Ham 4x220g, SPC Baked Beans BBQ 4x220g, SPC Numberghetti with Sneaky Veg 4x220g, SPC Spaghetti Rich Tomato 4x220g, SPC Spaghetti with Sneaky Veg 4x220g, SPC Tomato and Cheese 4x220g, SPC Spag-A-stralia with Sneaky Veg 4x220g, (Qualifying Purchase); and then
(b) visit www.happylittlehumanbeings.com, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page, input the requested details including the unique code found on the on-pack sticker of the Eligible Product purchased and submit the fully completed entry form (Entry Form), (an Eligible Entry).
PRIZES:
Three (3) Breville ‘the Original 2-Slice’ Jaffle makers Model # BTS200/BTS400, valued at RRP AU$49.95 each (incl. GST) (Instant Win Prizes) will be awarded each day of the Instant Win Period. An Eligible Entrant will be notified immediately online upon submission of their Entry Form whether or not they are a provisional winner of an Instant Win Prize. Eligible Entrants who enter outside of the Instant Win Period will not be eligible for the chance to win an Instant Win Prize. For the sake of clarity, a total of ninety (90) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded for the entire Promotion.
The total value of the Major Prize and Instant Win Prize pool available to be won in the Promotion is AU$4,995.50 (including GST).
