Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Chemist Warehouse and My Chemist stores, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 26 October 2015 and ends at 12.00noon AEDST on 30 November 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
(a) purchase any QV Kids product (i.e. either QV Kids Wash, QV Kids Moisturising Cream, QV Kids Balm or QV Kids Foaming Wash) from any participating Chemist Warehouse or My Chemist store nationally. All participating Chemist Warehouse and My Chemist stores will display advertising for this promotion; and
(b) visit http://qvskincare.com.au/, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their answer to the promotional question “What is your favourite QV kids product and why?” in 25 words or less, and submit the fully completed entry form.
PRIZE:
The best three (3) valid entries, as determined by the judges, will each win a Ridgeview Deluxe Climbing Frame valued at $1,799.
