For the purpose of these terms and conditions, the promoter is Metalicus Pty Limited of 17 Hardner Road, Mount Waverley VIC Australia (ABN: 23 127 957 653) (“Promoter”).
Entry is open to Australian residents who are 18 years and older (excluding employees of the Promoter and associated agencies and companies, and their immediate families) (“Entrant”). For the purposes of this clause, "immediate families" of an employee includes his or her spouse, ex-spouse, de facto spouse, child, step child, adopted child, parent, step-parent, grandparent, uncle, aunt, siblings, step-siblings, or first cousin.
The promotion commences on Thursday 28 April at 9:00am AEDST. Entries close on Wednesday 4th May 2016 at 11:59pm AEDST (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
This competition is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.
By entering this competition, Entrants become eligible for the chance to win the prize as described below.
Entrants may enter the promotion by filing in the form and describing in 25 words or less how Metalicus and Jurlique will make your winter amazing.
Entrants must post using official competition form during the Promotional Period. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible for entry.
Entrants agree and consent to their entry, including their name, email and any text, being uploaded to, published or re-published on any of the Promoter’s social media channels or websites during and after the promotional period, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, www.metalicus.com and www.jurlique.com.au/
Judging of all submitted entries will be conducted by a panel of judges selected by the Promoter at 17 Hardner Road, Mount Waverley, Victoria, Australia throughout the Promotional Period.
Winners will be selected based on their relevance both the Metalicus and Jurlique brands. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
All entrants are eligible to win 1 of 3 Luxury Winter Prize Packs valued at $760 or 1 of 10 runner up gifts valued at $119.
The total Prize value is AUD $3470.
The vouchers are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The vouchers must be taken as stated and no compensation will be paid if the Winner is unable to use the Prize.
The Winners will be notified of their success via email within 48 hours of the Promotional Period concluding.
The Winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of being notified that they are a Winner and provide their full name and address to the Promoter.
The Prizes will be sent to the Winners within one month of receiving their full name and address.
The Winners agree and consent to their names and entries being posted on any of the Promoter’s social media platforms or websites.
The Promoter takes no responsibility if the Winners’ contact details are incorrect or incomplete and the Winners cannot be contacted.
If any Winner cannot be contacted, or if any Winner fails to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of being notified that they have won, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new winner. The new Winner(s) will be notified via email and must confirm acceptance of the Prize within 48 hours of being notified that they are a winner.
