1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
1.2 By entering the competition, you’re agreeing to share your details including first name and
email address with Britt’s List and the prize contributors: The Bondi Shoe Club.
1.3 These third parties may use your email address in marketing communications.
1.4 You have the right to opt out of communications from Britt’s List and any of the third parties
at any time.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Entry is open to all individuals who agree to the terms and conditions of entry.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Monday 18 May 2020 at 9.00am and concludes on Sunday
31 May 2020 at 9.00pm.
3.2 In order to enter, entrants must fill out the entry form on www.brittslist.com.au/win and agree
to the terms and conditions of entry.
3.3 There is only one entry allowed per person.
3.4 Entries must be received by Sunday 31 May 2020 at 9.00p.
4. PRIZES
4.1 There will be one (3) prize draws and one (3) winner. The winners will receive one prize, as
set out below.
4.2 The prize consists of:
? 1 x pair of shoes (pattern of choice) from The Bondi Shoe Club valued at $89.00
4.3 The winners will be chosen by random draw on Monday 1 June 2020, and notified by email
on Monday 1 June 2020. The prize will be sent to the winners’ nominated address in June 2020.
5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) winner chosen from the total pool of entries received, chosen on
Monday 1 June 2020. Each entrant who has entered the competition over the duration of the
competition and registered all details required will be eligible. The winner will be chosen subject
to the criteria set out in clause 3.2.
5.2 The promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence
regarding the result.
