Terms and Conditions of Entry
1) The promoter is Mum’s Grapevine Pty Ltd, Studio 1, 3C Vale St, St Kilda, Vic, 3182 Australia (ABN: 90 134 843 726) (Promoter).
2) These terms and conditions of entry, including information on how to participate and prize details (Terms), apply to game of chance promotions conducted by the Promoter and entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.
3) All Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter can rely on these Terms even if the Promoter only learns of a person’s ineligibility after the Promoter has awarded a Prize to the ineligible person. Return of a prize or payment of its equivalent value to the Promoter may be required by the Promoter if this occurs.
4) Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over who are subscribed to the Mum’s Grapevine Sales Alert Newsletter excluding:
a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, firms or companies associated with the promotion (including suppliers of prizes);
b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 4(a) of these Terms;
c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter;
d) persons who have won prizes with a singular or total value of $2,000 and over from the Promoter in the last 12 months.
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 4(b) of these Terms includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
5) The start and end dates of Promotions covered under this Blanket Permit will start no earlier than 01/07/17 and end no later than 30/06/2019. Specific dates are outlined on each individual competition entry page found at https://mumsgrapevine.com.au/category/competitions. (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER
6) To enter, Eligible Entrants must visit the individual competition entry page at https://mumsgrapevine.com.au/category/competitions/ (Entry Page) then complete the tasks as outlined on that page. These may include but are not limited to:
i) Being subscribed to the Mum’s Grapevine Sale Alert Newsletter;
ii) Visiting the prize supplier’s website to find the answer to a question
7) Incomplete entries or those that contain defamatory comments are ineligible to win.
8) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the Promotion Period.
9) The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render entries submitted using such means invalid.
10) Any costs associated with accessing the Promotion website are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Eligible Entrants must submit their entries manually using an internet browser.
DRAWS & PRIZES
11) All draws will take place within three (3) days of the relevant competition ending at Mum’s Grapevine, Studio 1, 3C Vale St, St Kilda, 3182 (Prize Draw).
12) Winners will be selected at random from all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be drawn until all prizes available in the individual Promotion have been allocated.
13) Prizes awarded under this blanket permit will include (but are not limited to): shopping vouchers, furniture, DVDs, CD’s, books, strollers, baby monitors, homewares and kitchenware.
14) The maximum value of each Prize Draw will not exceed $1,000 with the total value of all Prize Draws not exceeding $100,000. All prize values stated are inclusive of GST.
15) Winners will be notified by email within two days of the Prize Draw and their first initial, surname and State published on the relevant Entry Page within 28 days of the relevant Draw.
16) The Promoter will do its best to contact the winner/s. If a winner does not accept their prize within one month of the Prize Draw date, a further draw will be conducted from all remaining Eligible Entries in that particular Promotion to allocate the prize (Re-Draw).
17) Winner/s of the Re-Draw (if any) will be contacted within two days of the Re-Draw via email and their first initial, surname and State published on the relevant Entry Page within 28 days of the Re-Draw.
18) The prize(s) will be delivered to the residential address as provided by the winner(s). The Promoter and their promotional partners are not responsible for any loss or damage in relation to the prize once it has been awarded.
19) Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The prize winner is responsible for any expenses, fees and costs connected with the prizes that are not included in the prize descriptions. If for any reason a winner does not take an element of a prize then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. If a prize or any element of a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute for that prize or element of that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.
VERIFICATION
20) If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a Prize (if drawn) and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
21) If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry(s) submitted by the entrant will be deemed as invalid. Prize will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction
22) The Promoter reserves the right to select alternate winner/s if it determines in its sole discretion that the winner/s do not adequately satisfy these terms and conditions.
23) Eligible Entrants may only enter in their own name.
24) The Promoter reserves the right to change the dates of the promotion if required. If for any reason the promotion is incapable of being run as planned, including due to infection by infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion. 25) Any Eligible Entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the Promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to receive a prize or enter further promotions run by the Promoter.
26) All entries become the property of the Promoter. Once submitted, your entry will not be returned to you. By entering the promotion, Eligible Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter is granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable licence in perpetuity to reproduce, publish, adapt, communicate and broadcast all or part of their entry in any media for the purposes of this competition and inclusion in the Promoters products and marketing materials.
