Who can enter the promotion?
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Directors, officers, management, and employees of the Promoter or any companies assisting in running the promotion (and their immediate families) are not allowed to enter.
When does the promotion close?
The promotion commences on Monday, 13th November 2023, at 8:00 AM ACST and closes at 11:59 PM ACST on Sunday, 24th December 2023.
How can one enter the promotion?
To enter, you must make a Qualifying Purchase of Mitolo Family Farms Low Carb, Mashing, or Chipping 1.5kg Potatoes from participating Foodland, Drakes, IGA, or greengrocer stores during the Promotional Period. You must then enter your details online at the provided website, including uploading an image of the Qualifying Purchase. Each Qualifying Purchase allows for one entry. Entries are limited to one per Qualifying Purchase, per person, per day.
What is the prize won?
There are three (3) prizes, each comprising 1 x Philips Twin TurboStar Digital Air Fryer XXL valued at $399 each. The total value of the prize pool is $1,197.

How will winners be determined and notified?
Winners will be determined through a random computerized draw, and the draw will occur at 9:00 AM ACST on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024. Winners will be notified via email within seven days of the draw and will also be listed on the Promotor's website for at least seven days after the draw.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. It will be delivered to the winner's nominated postal address within 30 days of the draw. The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of the prize. The Promoter also accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or technical issues, and in such cases, may modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend the promotion.
