Participation in this competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.The promoter is Clean Up Australia Ltd (ABN: 93 003 884 991) of 193 Darlinghurst Road, Darlinghurst NSW 2010 (Promoter).The Competition is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each valid entry will be individually judged based on the innovative and practical merits of the answer to the Competition Question, as determined by the judges.To enter the Competition, you must answer the following question: “How will you Step Up to reduce waste in 2020?” (“Competition Question”). You must also provide your full name, email and postcode in your entry, for contact purposes.Competition starts at 09:00 AEDST on December 20 2019 and concludes 17:00 AEDST on January 31 2020.Entry is open only to residents of Australia. Employees of SodaStream and the Promoter and their immediate families, suppliers, associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.Incomplete or automated entries will be disqualified. Multiple entries from the same IP address, same email address or from automated competition entry services are invalid. Entrants from outside Australia will be disqualified.The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.The Promoter reserves the right to, at any time, verify an entry or entrant and disqualify an entrant the Promoter has reason to believe has submitted an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.The best three valid entries, as determined by the judges, will be the winners of the prizes. All entries will be judged between 31 January 2020 and 7 February 2020 at the Promoter’s office by Promoter’s staff. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.Only the winners will be notified by email. If the winner does not claim the Prize with seven days, the Prize will be forfeited. To claim a Prize, winners must provide the Promoter with an Australian mailing address for the delivery of their prizes. The prize provider will have the prizes delivered to the winners within 21 days from the date the Promoter receives the mailing addresses from the respective winners.
