WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry into the Promotion is open to Australian residents, 16 years old or over (Eligible Entrants). Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians of Eligible Entrants under the age of 18 years old may be required by Frucor Beverages (Australia) Pty Ltd (Promoter) to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering the Promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Monday 11th May 2015 and concludes at 6:00pm AEST on Sunday 5th July 2015 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must during the Promotional Period purchase any Rockstar product including:
- Rockstar Tropical Fruit Zero Sugar
- Rockstar Sours Bubbleberry, Blue Raspberry, Green Apple
- Rockstar Guava 4 x 500mL multi pack
- Rockstar Sparkling Peach Blast, Citrus Ice
from any participating retailer nationally (“Eligible Products”). For the purposes of this promotion, a participating retailer will be any retailer displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period.
To enter: take a photograph of your ‘Rockstar can living the Rockstar Life’, featuring the Rockstar can in the photo.
Entrants must then, during the Promotional Period, either:
upload the photograph to Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram account(s) accompanied by the hashtag: #ROCKSTARLIFE; & like or follow Rockstar Australia, OR
visit www.rockstarlife.com.au and follow the prompts to enter the requested details and upload the photograph.
If a social media platform is used to enter, the entrant must ensure that settings on their account and/or post featuring the photograph are configured such that the entry photograph is publicly viewable and the entrant must follow or “like” the Rockstar Australia account on the social media platform used.
