The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia aged 13 years or older as at the time of entry; and (ii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; (iii) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee and (iv) is a shopper of Woolworths Australia Supermarkets. An Eligible Entrant who is under 18 years of age, must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
A Qualifying Purchase must be made between 9am on 03/06/15 and 5pm on 30/06/15 ("Promotional Period"). Eligible Entrants may submit their entries between 9am on 03/06/15 and 5pm 30/06/15 ("Entry Period").
HOW TO ENTER:
In this Competition, a "Promotion Product" is any M&M'S Milk Chocolate 200g, M&M'S Peanut 200g, M&M'S Crispy 160g, M&M'S Minis 160g, M&M'S Mix Ups 160g, M&M'S Toffee Apple 200g, M&M'S Toffee Apple 380g, M&M'S Pineapple 200g, M&M'S Pineapple 380g, M&M'S Milk Chocolate 380g, M&M'S Peanut 380g, M&M'S Crispy 340g, M&M'S Minis 340g, M&M'S Mix Ups 340g confectionery product.
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must first purchase two Promotion Products from any Woolworths Supermarket retail outlet anywhere in Australia or online (www.woolworths.com.au) in the same (one) transaction during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Purchase").
PRIZE:
MAJOR PRIZE DETAILS
Each Major Prize is an M&M'S HOLIDAY. The Major Prizes, which are specifically subject to conditions in paragraphs 19 to 28, are each valued at a maximum of $24,000 (including GST) and comprises for a winner and 3 guests of his or her choice:
i. Return economy flights for 4 from the winner's nearing Australian Capital City to Orlando, Florida (including airline and airport taxes);
ii. 5 nights in 2 x twin share accommodation or a 2-bedroom apartment in a four star hotel of the Promoter's choice in Orlando, Florida;
iii. 6 days car hire with unlimited kilometres (drivers must be at 25 years or older);
iv. In Orlando:
a) Astronaut family training experience at NASA's Kennedy Space Centre, including;
v. A$2,000 spending money (provided to the winner only and not (his/her accompanying guest(s));
