What are the prize details for this competition?
Win 1 of 3 V8 Experiences - THE V8 DRIVE DAY COMPETITION
1. This is a lottery draw competition (The Competition) where winners will be
randomly selected to win one of three individual “Fastrack V8 Race” prizes
("The Prizes")
2. The promotional period is from the 13th of July 2022 to the 12th of October
2022 (AEST).
THE PRIZES
3. The Prizes are supplied by Fastrack V8 Race. The prizes are valued individually
and independently of each other. 1st Prize $5,000, Prize 2nd $8,500, Prize 3rd
$6,500 (Experience locations include capital cities of all Australia) and each
prize is a stand-alone prize, drawn on separate dates being;
3.1 Prize 1: the 11th of August 2022
3.2 Prize 2: the 2
nd of September 2022
3.3 Prize 3: the 11th of October 2022
4. “The Promoter” is The Trustee for Experience Central Unit Trust ABN 31 485
970 551 and Trading as Fastrack V8 Race Pty Ltd of Suite 111, level 1, 566 St
Kilda Road, Melbourne, St Kilda, VIC, 3004. Fastrack Pty Ltd conducts this
competition under the Trade Promotion Lottery terms and conditions of all
States of Australia.
5. Fastrack V8 Race Pty Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs associated
with receiving the prize. Nor is responsible for any costs associated with
travelling to and from experience locations.
TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
6. To qualify for entry to the prize draw, entrants must enter their own, or
Business, or both contact details to win. Plus make any purchase from Fastrack
V8 Race to automatically receive an extra entry into the draw! Enter at
https://www.fastrackv8race.com.au/v8drivedaygiveaway/ between and
inclusive of the promotional period.
7. The prize winner will be notified via the email provided in the order details.
9. The winner will be contacted from 11am on the day of each of the 3 draws
and must respond within 48 hours to accept their prize and confirm the details
to arrange the prize.
10. If there is no response to confirm acceptance of the prize within 48hours,
another prize-winner will be randomly selected until the prize is allocated to a
prize-winner.
11. By accepting The Prize, the Winner agrees to being identified on the Fastrack
V8 Race website and associated social media channels.
12. The Winner agrees to being included in photos and promotional content in
association with this competition.
GENERAL COMPETITION TERMS
13. Any decision made by Fastrack V8 Race in respect of the Competition is final
and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
14. The prize is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind and
is subject to these terms
15. The prize is provided by Fastrack V8 Race and is liable to handling and
dispatch times
16. The competition is open to all Australian residents except past and present
employees, contractors, and/or agents of Fastrack V8 Race.
17. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant
who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions,
or engaged in unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise
the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to
recover damages or other compensation from such a person are reserved
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential economic loss)
or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of the competition
19. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise
from the competition
