Win 1 of 3 Vitamix Blenders - 1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. 2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Naked Foods and Vitamix employees, associated companies and agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 3. To enter, participants must either: a. Make a purchase in a Naked Foods store of any value during the promotional period; or, b. Complete the official online competition entry page during the promotional period. The participant must fill-in their details including, but not limited to, name, email and postcode via the official online competition entry page or a Naked Foods staff member; and agree to be automatically signed-up to Naked Foods and Vitamix promotional material (from which they may unsubscribe at any time). 4. The competition period starts on Friday 15 November 2019 at 9am and ends on Sunday 8 December 2019 at 11.59pm (AEST) (the Promotional Period). Entries will only be accepted during the Promotional Period. 5. All valid entries submitted during the specified Promotional Period, will be entered into the competition to win the nominated prizes. 6. Entries are limited to one per person. The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that permits the participant automatically to enter repeatedly is prohibited (“Repeat Entry Device”). If the Promoter reasonably believes that an entrant is using any Repeat Entry Device, the Promoter may disqualify that entrant without notice. 7. Incomprehensible and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. PRIZES 8. Prizes will consist of • Main Prize - 1 Winner: Vitamix Ascent 3500i + Blending Bowl Starter Kit • Second Prize - 1 Winner: Vitamix 2300i with Blending Bowl Starter Kit • Third Prize - 1 Winner: Vitamix E310 • Prizes include freight costs, Australia-wide. • Prizes are only eligible for all winners to be Australian residents, 18 years or older. 9. Subject to clause 12, all prizes are as depicted or described in the promotions for the competition and are not subject to change. 10. Prizes are not transferable or cannot be exchanged for cash. 11. Naked Foods and Vitamix accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury incurred from entering the competition or in connection with taking up the prize. 12. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, Naked Foods and Vitamix reserve the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value. 13. Subject to clause 12, prizes need to be redeemed by winners within twelve (12) months of the winners being selected. COMPETITION JUDGING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION 14. Competition judging will take place at Naked Foods on Monday 9 December – Wednesday 11 December 2019. Winning entries will be the most interesting answer to the question, “what is your favourite zero-waste lunchbox snack?”. 15. The best valid entries, as determined by the judges based on the most interesting answer, will be awarded first the main prize and then the second and third prizes. 16. All winners will be notified by email from Naked Foods within 5 days of the end of that competition.
