WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Individuals must have a Facebook account in order to access the promotional page. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: Promotion commences at 10am AEDST on 28/11/15 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 5/12/15 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period: a) visit the Lemnos Foods Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/LemnosFoods(“Facebook Page”); b) locate the“Which pasta dish is your favourite? ‘Like’ our page and tell us below for your chance to WIN 1 of 3 VUE Granite Mortar & Pestles to help create a scrumptious Italian feast” promotional post on the Facebook Page (“Promotional Post”); and thenpost an answer to the promotional question “Which pasta dish is your favourite?” in as a Facebook comment to the Promotional Post. For the avoidance of doubt, the individual’s entry must be posted as a direct Facebook comment to the Promotional Post made by the Promoter to be valid. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original creative work of the entrant that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. The content featured in each entry must comply with the provisions contained in clause 19. All entries are subject to review by the Promoter for compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries that contain prohibited or inappropriate content, or are otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, as determined by the Promoter, may at the discretion of the Promoter be removed from the Facebook Page. In addition, any entrant that submits such content will not be eligible to win.
