Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Woolworths Limited (ABN 88 000 014 675) trading as Big W (“Big W”), and agencies associated with this promotion (including One Partners) are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 01/11/2016 and ends at 11:59pm AEDST on 30/11/2016 (“Promotional Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
purchase any two (2) or more Ferrero Rocher, Ferrero Collections and/or Ferrero Raffello products in a single transaction at a participating Big W store in Australia (“Qualifying Transaction”). A participating Big W store will be any store displaying material advertising this promotion during the Promotional Period and then
visit sharethemagic.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including but not limited to their full name, address, telephone number, valid email address the Big W store of purchase, and the full barcode number for both eligible Ferrero products purchased), and submit the fully completed entry form.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of one (1) entry permitted per person per day.
PRIZE:
The first valid entry drawn in each Daily Draw will win a $1,000 Big W Gift Voucher.
Vouchers may only be used in Big W stores and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the voucher are not included. Redemption of the voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer, as outlined in Schedule 1.
If a winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take/redeem a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
Total prize pool value is $30,000.
