Who can enter this competition?

The competition is open to Australian permanent residents over 18 years of age.

When does the competition close?

The competition closes at 11.59pm AEST on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.

How can one enter the competition?

To enter the competition, participants must: - Make a purchase of at least $30 from the L'Oreal Paris cosmetics range at Chemist Warehouse, My Chemist, or E-Pharmacy (in-store or online). - Provide proof of purchase with a valid purchase receipt number. - Enter online through the competition websites provided by the Promoter during the competition period.

What is the prize won, and what does it include?

The prize consists of 1 of 30 x $100 AUD Chemist Warehouse digital gift cards. These gift cards will be sent directly to each winner by Chemist Warehouse within 24 hours of the winners being drawn. The total prize value is $3,000 AUD.

What is the method of selecting the winner?

There will be one winner selected per day for 30 days. The winners will be randomly selected by the Chemist Warehouse digital team using a random number generator. The selection process will take place daily from September 28 to October 25, 2023, at 3:00 pm.

What happens if a prize is unclaimed?

If a prize (other than perishable goods) is unclaimed one month after the determination of the winners, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to deliver the prize to the winner. If delivery is not possible, the Promoter will re-determine the winner with the approval of the relevant office.

Will the winner's details be made public?

Yes, the Promoter will publish the names of the Competition winners on specified websites for at least 28 days.

Is there any privacy information to be aware of?
