Win 1 of 30 'Hoyts' cinema pass packages! - WHO CAN ENTER?
The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who: (i) is a resident of Australia (ii) is aged 13 years of age, or older; (iii) is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iv) is not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Competition entry opens at 11:59 hrs on 09/05/16 and ends at 11:59 hrs on 15/05/16 ("Entry Period"). All times and dates are times and dates in Melbourne, Australia which may be AEST or AEDT depending on the date.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter and be eligible to win, an Eligible Entrant must, just during the Promotion Period, complete their entry using their Facebook account in accordance with these Terms (Eligible Entry).
An Eligible Entrant may enter as many times as they like.
To submit an entry, an entrant must, during the Entry Period: (i) use a compatible browser to visit www.facebook.com/malteseraustralia and follow the directions there to: (ii) upload an image of the entrant ‘feeding their screen’ as per the visual instructions in the post.
All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any delivery service or equipment.
Maltesers ‘Feed the Screen’ photos submitted as part of an entry must:
a. be personally created by the entrant and be original;
b. not use or incorporate any trade marks (other than the MALTESERS trade mark), copyright or other intellectual property right owned by a third party unless the entrant has appropriate consent to such use.
16. Maltesers ‘Feed the Screen’ photos submitted as part of an entry must not:
a. be offensive or be likely to cause offence to any person or group of persons;
b. depict any person engaged in any activity that might injure that person or any other person;
c. promote or depict illegal or negligent activity;
d. infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights, performer's rights or rights of reputation) of any person, whether as a result of being communicated to the public or otherwise;
e. be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or otherwise unlawful;
f. contain violent or sexual content;
g. identify minors without written parental consent;
h. have previously been shown to the public or a substantial number of members of the public; or
i. in whole or in part, have been submitted as an entry in any other promotion.
PRIZES:
There are 30 prizes, in total to be won, each comprising of 5 HOYTS Cinema Passes (General Admin); each General Admin Pass is valued at $21.00 RRP (including GST). Each prize is valued at $105.00 (including GST). Total value of prizes RRP$3,150.00 (including GST).
