WHO CAN ENTER?
The Promotion is only open to “Eligible Entrants”. An Eligible Entrant is an individual who, at the time of entry: (a) is a resident of Australia or New Zealand aged 18 years and over; and (b) is not a director, manager, employee, officer and contractor (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of participating retailers, foodservice outlets, agencies or companies associated with this Promotion. "Immediate families" means spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural, half, step or by adoption) whether or not they live in the same household. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: The promotion commences at 00:01hrs AEDT on 1 November 2015 and closes at 23:59hrs AEDT on 31 March 2016 (the “Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER: To enter the “Win a We Are Handsome Surfboard or Santa Vittoria Beach Pack Promotion” (the “Promotion”), entrants must Purchase any Santa Vittoria Mineral Water product (the Product) from a participating retail outlet in Australia or New Zealand during the Promotion Period (defined below), and Visit the promotional website at www.winwithsantavittoria.com.au and fully complete the online entry form including full name, postal address, telephone number, email address, name of the participating outlet the Product was purchased from, and the last four digits of the Product barcode. PRIZES: There will be one hundred and thirty prizes, as follows: The major prize is one (1) of thirty (30) We Are Handsome Surfboards designed by “We Are Handsome”, RRP AUD$999.00 (the Major Prize); and The minor prize is one (1) of one hundred (100) Santa Vittoria Beach Packs, RRP AUD$131, comprising: One (1) Santa Vittoria tote bag; and One (1) Santa Vittoria Beach Umbrella; and iii. One (1) Santa Vittoria Beach Towel; and One (1) Santa Vittoria Beach Ball; and Two (2) bottles Of Santa Vittoria Still Mineral Water P.E.T 500ml (the Minor Prize) The total value of the prize pool is (RRP) AUD $43,070. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any variations in value of a prize.
