Who is eligible to enter the Amaysim HYPBA Competition?
Entry is open to all residents of Australia, 18 years and older. However, employees and immediate families of Network Ten Pty Limited, Amaysim Mobile Pty Ltd, and associated agencies and companies involved in the prize provision are not eligible to enter. Entrants must be residing in Australia at the time of entry.
What is the competition period?
The competition commences on Monday, 5 June 2023, at 12:00 AEST and closes on Monday, 31 July 2023, at 23:59 AEST. There are specific registration periods within this overall competition period.
How can one enter the competition?
To participate, entrants must log on to 10play.com.au/win and register their details to submit an entry. Registration is free, but the cost of accessing the promotional website depends on the entrant's service provider. Entries must meet the requirements specified to be considered valid.
What are the prizes?
There will be five winners in total throughout the competition period. One winner will receive a major prize of $10,000 in cash. Four winners will receive minor prizes, which include a Smart Phone 14 Pro Max 512GB and a $30 Amaysim Mobile Plan for 12 months with 32GB and unlimited data banking. The total prize pool is valued at $21,236.
How will the winners be determined?
The major prize winner will be drawn from all valid entries received during the competition period. The minor prize winners will be drawn from entries received during the corresponding registration periods. Winners will be contacted via email and phone call within five working days of the draws.
Are there any limitations on the number of entries and prizes?
Entrants may enter the competition once per person per day. However, they are only eligible to win one minor prize and one major prize per person over the course of the competition, except for South Australian residents who may be eligible to win multiple minor prizes.
What happens if a winner does not meet the requirements or does not respond?
If a winner does not meet the valid entry requirements or does not respond within the specified time, the prize will be forfeited, and a re-draw may take place to allocate the prize to a valid entrant.
Who is responsible for handling personal information?
Amaysim Mobile Pty Ltd, the sponsor of the competition, will handle entrants' personal information in accordance with their privacy policy. By entering the competition, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the purpose of the competition.
