To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a) purchase any two (2) Jif products, in a single transaction, from any Woolworths/Safeway supermarket nationally; and then
b) visit www.jifwinaroom.com.au, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details (including their full name, telephone number, a valid email address, the full purchase receipt number from the Qualifying Purchase and the last four (4) digits of each of the two (2) Jif products purchased in the Qualifying Purchase) and submit the fully completed entry form so it is received by 11:59pm AEST on 13/08/2013.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Woolworths/Safeway supermarkets and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
There will be a draw conducted for the entries received each week of the Promotional Period (“Weekly Prize Draw”), for a total of four (4) Weekly Prize Draws.
The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Prize Draw will each win their choice of either a kitchen makeover or a bathroom makeover, up to the value of $25,000.
The winner will plan their room makeover in conjunction with the Promoter, and the makeover may include furniture, appliances, fixtures, painting, plastering, and/or tradesman/labour (as required), up the value of $25,000. The exact product(s)/service suppliers provided for the makeover will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. In the event that cost of the requested room makeover is less than $25,000, the remaining balance will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. If the cost of the requested room makeover is more than $25,000, then the winner will be requested to pay the difference, or alternatively the winner may choose a selection of product(s)/service(s), up to the value of $25,000. The room makeover must be organised and completed no later that 28/02/2014. In the case of a disagreement between the winner and the Promoter in respect to the makeover, the Promoter’s decision will be final. The room makeover may be applied to a room (i.e. kitchen or bathroom) of the winner’s choice in their house, townhouse or apartment. If the winner rents their house/townhouse/apartment, the winner must obtain consent from their landlord before the room makeover may commence. In addition, if the winner does not own their house/townhouse/apartment, the winner may alternatively nominate a friend or family member’s kitchen or bathroom to be made over, subject to the consent of that friend/family member and approval of the Promoter. Any such friend/family member must sign any agreement required by the Promoter, and by accepting the renovation consents to use of their image, name and/or voice, and taking and use of any before and after pictures of the renovation by the Promoter, in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
