WHO CAN ENTER?

Entry is only open to Australian businesses which employ 100 or less employees, and have a valid Australian Business Number (ABN) (“Eligible Businesses”). Voting is open to all people worldwide with an email account. Voters under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to vote and further, the parent/guardian of the voter must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor voting in this promotion.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Entry opens at 9am AEDST on 15 October 2014 and ends at 5pm AEDST on 30 November 2014 (“Entry Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter, an authorised representative of an Eligible Business (“Authorised Representative”) must:
(i) create a unique and memorable promotional message that spruiks their business;
(ii) take a photo of themselves holding the spruik message created (“Photo”);
(iii) visit www.loveyourwork.com, click the ‘ENTER NOW’ button, fully complete the entry form including the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Business name
- Business website
- Postcode
- Select their industry from drop down menu
- Tick the check boxes that are applicable to them
- Existing MYOB customer
o Yes / No
(iv) upload the Photo taken to the entry form, select the tick-box agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and submit the fully completed entry form during the Entry Period.
Uploaded Photo files must be submitted in JPEG or PNG file format, must be at least 400 pixels (wide) x 300 pixels (high) and must not exceed 2MB file in size. All Photos submitted must comply with clause 27. All entrants must have explicit consent from each person featured in their Photo for use of the Photo for this promotion.
