Terms and Conditions – Bose Box
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form a part of these terms and
conditions. If there is any conflict between these terms and conditions and any
other published material, these terms and conditions prevail.
2. The Promoter is the Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club, Hyundai Centre,
Level 5, Gate 2, 812 Stanley Street Woolloongabba, ABN 43 054 263 473 in
conjunction with Bose Pty Ltd ABN 41 078 010 607, 3/2 Holker Street
Newington NSW 2127.
3. Promotion will open at 12.01am AEST on Monday 17
th July 2017 and close at
11.59pm AEST on Friday 28
th July 2017.
4. Entry is open to residents of Queensland who are aged 18 years and over.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agencies and
venues/outlets associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
5. To enter visit www.lions.com.au/bosebox and access the online entry form for
this promotion, fully complete all sections of the online entry form including
name, age, gender, email address, contact number, outline in 25 words or less
your favourite Brisbane Lions memory and submit the form during the
Promotional Period.
6. Limit applies of one entry per person.
7. All draws will take place on 31/07/2017 at 11.00am at Brisbane Lions Office,
Hyundai Centre Level 5, Gate 2, The Gabba, 812 Stanley Street Woolloongabba
QLD 4102.
8. The Winners will be the most creative entry as selected by The Promoter, in its
absolute discretion, which describe in 25 words or less the following: ‘Tell us
your favourite Brisbane Lions memory’.
9. Winners will be notified by email.
10. The total prize pool is valued at up to $5,792. No monetary value can be
determined for the match insights provided by GM Football.
11. The total number of competition winners in this competition is four (4). The

12. Each winner must make their own way, at their own cost, to and from the
Brisbane Lions Home Game at the Gabba.
13. The game is not transferable. Should the winner not be able to attend the
assigned game the promoter will re-draw the prize.
14. The prize is not transferable.
15. The Brisbane Lions will contact the winner with all details and ticketing prior
to the game day.
16. If the winner cannot take the prize as stipulated or if it is unclaimed by the end
of the relevant Home Game, the entry will be void and the Promoter reserves
the right to withhold it as a prize for that particular game. In the event of a
dispute about the identity of the winner, the winner will be the person named
in the online entry form.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and the
identification of entrants. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any
entrant for tampering with the entry process or for participation which is not
in accordance with these conditions of entry.
18. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained relating to the prize except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned including
wet weather, cancelled games, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering,
unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes
beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration
security, fairness integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter
reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers
with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the
promotion.
20. The Brisbane Lions has a Privacy Policy. Where we collect your personal
information we will act in accordance with that Policy. Please contact us on

21. Entrants consent to the Promoter publishing their name and/or associated
entry onto the Promoter’s website and associated social media pages including
Facebook.

22. Entrants consent to the Promoter featuring their image in videos produced of
the prize and being posted on the Promoter’s website and associated social
media pages.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time
