To enter ‘Easter Egg Hunt’ competition entrant must:
Find all 3 eggs hidden throughout the Krispy Kreme Australia website
Must enter his/her first name, last name, e-mail address and the codes from all 3 eggs into the entry form and submit form
All 3 codes must be entered for the entry eligible
To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the competition period, complete an entry form at https://www.krispykreme.com.au/easteregghunt
By submitting the entry form entrant is ‘Subscribing’ to Krispy Kreme Australia newsletter
Any costs associated with entering remain the responsibility of each entrant and are dependent on the internet service provider used
No responsibility is accepted for lost, late or misdirected entries. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions, will be deemed invalid.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
The competition commences 10:00am (AEST) Tuesday 15th March 2016 and closes on 10:00am AEST on Tuesday 22nd March 2016.
Entries will be deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.
There are 4 prize packs to be won. Each prize is includes for 3 x Pick your Own Dozen Doughnuts voucher, 1 x Krispy Kreme T-shirt, 1 x Krispy Kreme cap and1 x Love Mug
Each prize pack is valued at $50. Total value of prize pool is $530.00. Any single prize does not exceed $1,000 and total prize pool will be capped at $100,000.00
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If any of the prizes are unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation and subsequent approval.
The random prize draw will take place at Level 1, Suite 1.04, 100 Collins Street Alexandria NSW 2015 at 2:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 22nd March 2016. Winners will be selected at random in line with the national TPL requirements and under NSW permit –LTPM/16/00094
Winners will be notified by e-mail on by 4:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 22nd March 2016. Winners will be required to e-mail us back their full name and street address to receive delivery of the prize pack.
Prizes will be mailed to the 4 winners within 28 days of receiving their street addresses.
Whilst best efforts will be made to contact the winners, in the event that for any reason the winners cannot be notified after reasonable attempts, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. If the prize is unclaimed after three months, it will be redrawn on Wednesday 15th June 2016 at the same time and place as the original draw and the winner notified by e-mail.
