What is the prize and prize pool?

The total prize pool value is $576.00 AUD. There are 4 prizes in total, each consisting of 1 x Family Pass to the City Botanic Garden ‘Lightscape’ event, with each pass having a retail value of $144. Each family pass covers 2 adults and 2 children. The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may require booking as specified by the promoter or prize provider.

How are winners selected?

Winners are determined through a random computerised draw from all eligible entrants. The draw will take place on 23 September 2024 at 10:00 AM (AEST) at the Centre Management Office.

How will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified via email.

What happens if a prize is not claimed?

Prizes must be claimed by 8 October 2024. If a prize is unclaimed, a redraw will occur on 9 October 2024 at 10:00 AM (AEST).

How will the prize be delivered?

The prize will be delivered via the Customer Service Desk at Hyperdome Shopping Centre.

Are there any prize restrictions?

The prizes are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may be subject to additional terms imposed by third-party providers.
