Win 1 of 4 KX Pilates & Reebok Prize Packs

This offer is for Entrants to win 1 of the 4 weekly KX + Reebok competition packs (consisting of a KX Pilates $100 gift card, pair of Pilates socks and KX drink bottle, plus three pieces of selected Reebok apparel. Items are subject to availability, prize may vary to pictured, Reebok reserves the right to change the selection of apparel within the prize at any time. Weekly prizes are valued up to $350 and total prize pool value across the four week is up to $1,400 if they complete the entry form within the Competition Period (Competition).
Definitions
Competition Period means between Week 1 (11.00am, Mon 12 Apr to 11.59pm, Sun 18 Apr 2021); Week 2 (11.00am, Mon 19 Apr to 11.59pm, Sun 25 Apr 2021); Week 3 (11.00am, Tue 27 Apr to 11.59pm, Sun 2 May 2021); Week 4 (11.00am, Mon 3 May to 11.59pm, Sun 9 May 2021). Competition start and end times listed are AEST;
Entrant or You means an Australian resident over the age of 18 years old who enters the Competition;
KX Pilates means Pty Ltd ACN 87 866 900 141 and Reebok means adidas Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 80 058 390 659);
KX Pilates HQ means 27 St Edmonds Road, Prahran VIC 3181 and Reebok HQ means Level 1, 37 Dunlop Road, Mulgrave, Victoria 3170;
Prize means KX + Reebok competition packs (consisting of a KX Pilates $100 gift card, pair of Pilates socks and drink bottle, plus three pieces of selected Reebok activewear valued at up to $350;
Promoter means KX Pilates and Reebok
How to Enter
To enter the Competition and qualify for the Prize, the Entrant must within the Competition Period:
Complete the Competition entry form (provide full name, email address and post code)
Sign any required waivers and documentation provided by the Studio. This includes agreeing to signing up to both the KX Pilates and Reebok marketing databases and agreeing to receiving marketing communications from both companies.
Prize Winner Selection
The winner of the Prize (“Prize Winner”) will be decided by one of the Promoters (KX Pilates) on week 1 Mon 19 Apr 2021, week 2 Tue 27 Apr 2021, week 3 Mon 3 May 2021 and week 4 Mon 10 May 2021 at 11.00am (AEST) on the nominated dates at KX Pilates HQ.
The Promoters will decide upon the winner of the Prize in their sole discretion. The Promoter’s judgement is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Competition is a game of chance and skill plays no part in determining the Prize Winner. A prize winner will be manually drawn by KX Pilates at KX Pilates HQ on the above date and time.
The Prize Winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the Judging Date. Upon acceptance of the Prize, the Prize Winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media pages (e.g. Instagram or Facebook).
The Prize Winner must provide a valid phone number and email address in order to redeem the Prize.
If the Promoter is unable to contact the Prize Winner within ten (10) business days of the Judging Date, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will select a new Prize Winner manually at KX Pilates HQ on 15 May 2021 at 11:00am (AEST).
To redeem the Prize, the Prize Winner must agree to and sign any disclaimers or agreements required by the Promoter.
The Promoter will deliver the Prize to the Prize Winner either in person by a representative or by mail.
The Prize Winner consents to the Promoter or its promotional partners using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in marketing (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition.
Upon or following acceptance of the Prize, the Prize Winner may be required to enter into any additional agreements, deeds, waivers and/or guarantees (“Additional Agreement”) with the Promoter.
The Prize Winner acknowledges that acceptance, redemption and/or use of the Prize may be conditional on the Prize Winner entering into and complying with any Additional Agreement.
General
Entrants may enter each weekly competition once, but can only win 1 of the 4 weekly Competitions.
The Prize is non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for any other consideration. No compensation will be available from the Promoter if the Prize Winner is unable to use the Prize or if the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Subject to applicable laws, the Competition and Prize may be varied, updated or terminated at any time.
