TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By entering the “Seven & AMP – Kickstart Your Goals Competition” (the “Competition”), you are
agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry.

2. WHO CAN ENTER?

2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is open to residents of Australia, 18 years of age or older, where
the Channel Seven signal is received.
2.2 Employees and their immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Ltd, AMP Services
Limited (“AMP”) and their related bodies corporate, authorised representatives of any AMP
related body corporate which holds an Australian Financial Services Licence, Ansible Pty Ltd,
and their associated agencies and companies associated with this Competition are not eligible
to enter.
2.3 Winners will be required to hold or open an AMP Bett3r account issued by AMP Bank Limited
ABN 15 081 596 009 AFSL 234517 (“AMP Bank”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The competition commences on Tuesday 25 July 2017 at 01:00 AEST and concludes on Sunday
3 September 2017 at 23:59 AEST (“the Competition Period”), however the following
registration periods apply:

3.2 In order to enter, entrants must:
a) Complete the entry form found at ampgoalscomp.com.au with all requested details,
including full name, gender, postcode, contact phone number and email address and
also
b) Answer three (3) questions
3.3 You MUST own the copyright in the written entry you upload (or otherwise have obtained
full prior consent from the copyright holder/s, so as to be entitled to submit your entry in
full compliance with these terms and conditions).
3.4 You MUST not submit any material in your written entry that is unlawful or fraudulent, or
in breach of any person or persons’ privacy rights.By entering you grant the Promoter and
Sponsor an irrevocable perpetual worldwide license to use the entry and any information
contained in the entry for any purpose and in any media without further reference to you or
any fee for such use.
3.5 Any cost associated with accessing the promotional websites is the entrant’s responsibility
and is dependent on the internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry
software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically
enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
3.6 Entrants in the Competition may only enter the Competition once during the entire
Competition Period. Entrants may only win once throughout the Competition Period.

4. PRIZE DETAILS
4.1 There will be four (4) prize winners (“Winner”) who will each receive the following prize:

issued by AMP Bank
$5,000.00
TOTAL MAXIMUM PRIZE POOL VALUE $20,000.00
Total maximum prize pool value for the prize is $20,000.00. Prize value is correct as at the date
of printing. The Promoter and/or Sponsor accept no responsibility for change in prize value
between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.2 In accepting the prize the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable
media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed,
and the Winners grant the Promoter and the Sponsor a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to
use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winner will not be entitled
to any fee for such use.
4.3 The Winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to
any media or other organisation.
4.4 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of
use of the prize and the Sponsor’s requirements.
4.5 A Winner’s entry (including their name, image and/or voice, photograph, film and/or recording
of the same and any other media editorial undertaken by the Winner in connection with this
Competition) may be used by the Promoter and the Sponsor within Channel Seven or AMP’s
promotional assets for a period of 18 months after the winning entry is announced. The
Winner will not be entitled for any fee for such use.
4.6 The prize will be $5,000.00 deposited into an AMP Bett3r account held by the Winner with
AMP Bank. If the Winner does not have an AMP Bett3r account, they must apply for and satisfy
the identification requirements to open an AMP Bett3r account. Terms and conditions for
opening an AMP Bett3r account can be found at http://bit.ly/2v4ibfg . Fees and charges apply.
The Sponsor may, in its absolute discretion, award the prize of $5000 to the Winner and no
correspondence will be entered into.
4.7 In the event that an element of the prize outlined in the above is cancelled or postponed for
any reason, the Promoter and/or the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute with a similar
product of equal or greater value. If a Winner forfeits a specified element, no cash alternative
offer will be granted in lieu of the part of the prize.
4.8 AMP Bank terms and conditions apply to the AMP Bett3r account which can be found at
http://bit.ly/2v4ibfg . The Monthly Account Management fee pertaining to the AMP Bett3r
account will be waived for the first six (6) months of the life of the account. The winner will
be responsible for all other fees and charges. Should a Winner continue to hold their AMP
Bett3r account after this period of time, they will be responsible for all ongoing fees and
charges, including the Monthly Management Account fee.
4.9 Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferrable or exchangeable, unless as
stipulated in clause 4.6.
4.10 Once the prize is accepted, the Winner must deal directly with the Sponsor, AMP Bank and/or
any associated prize supplier in relation to the prize.
4.11 The Winner must sign a prize acceptance form including a liability and publicity wavier within
two (2) weeks of being notified as a Winner to formally accept the prize.

4.12 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of
accepting the prize.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be four (4) prize winners (one (1) prize winner per draw). Each entrant who has
entered the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions during the Competition
Period registering all details required by as stipulated in clause 3.1 will be entered for the
respective and any subsequent draw. Entries that do not comply with any of the terms and
conditions, may be deemed invalid. The draws will take place weekly at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level
1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide SA 5000 on the following dates:
Draw 1 – Wednesday 16 August 2017 at 12:00 AEST
Draw 2 – Wednesday 23 August 2017 at 12:00 AEST
Draw 3 – Wednesday 30 August 2017 at 12:00 AEST
Draw 4 – Wednesday 6 September 2017 at 12:00 AEST
5.2 Each Winner will be notified by a phone call on the day of the draw. Once details are confirmed,
a letter advising the Winner of their prize will also be posted. Winner’s entry details will be
published in the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 28 August 2017
(Draws 1-2) and Monday 11 September 2017 (Draws 3-4). Winners may be announced within
the broadcast of either Talking Footy, Game Day or any other program scheduled during this
time, at the discretion of the Promoter.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence
regarding the result.
5.4 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being
notified or a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter
the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, an
additional draw will be conducted.
5.5 Subject to state government legislation if the winners have not claimed their prize by
Wednesday 6 December 2017 an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Ansible Pty Ltd, Level
1, 16 Anster Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Thursday 7 December 2017 at 10:00 AEDT
and the winner/s will be notified by a phone call on the day of the draw and a letter advising
the winner/s of their prize will also be mailed. The winner/s’ entry details will be published in
the Public Notes section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 18 December 2017.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly
hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner
described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures,
tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter
may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the
same conditions, subject to state regulations.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Ansible Pty Ltd, AMP Services Limited, AMP Bank and their
associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in
transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, Ansible Pty Ltd, AMP Services Limited, AMP Bank and their
associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss
(including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the preparation of a competition entry;
c) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication
of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member,
journalist, other entrants or any other person;

f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone
network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from
participation in this promotion.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited and its associated agencies and companies assumes no
responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or
transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including
but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security,
fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its
sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action
that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to
state regulations.
7. PROMOTER AND SPONSOR’S DETAILS
7.1 The Promoter is the Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) of Level 2, 38-
42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009.
7.2 The Sponsor is AMP Services Limited (ABN 50 081 143 786) of 33 Alfred Street, Sydney NSW
2000.
7.3 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN
65 052 845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting your personal information for
the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition, including for the purpose of
identifying and notifying the Winner and understanding our audiences. For the avoidance of
doubt, Seven will disclose personal information to the Sponsor for the purposes of conducting
this Competition, including disclosing winning entrants’ personal information to the Sponsor for
the purposes of the Sponsor administering the prizes and publishing the Winners details on the
AMP’s Competition webpage. In addition, the Sponsor may use the personal information of any
entrant that opts in via the entry form, for direct marketing purposes. The Sponsor will use and
handle any personal information collected in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be
viewed at www.amp.com.au/privacy. Seven will otherwise handle your personal information in
accordance with Seven’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website at
http://www.sevenwestmedia.com.au/privacy-policies (and which contains information
regarding how you can access your personal information, correct it and/ or make a complaint
about our handling of your personal information). By providing your personal information, you
agree to the terms of the Seven’s Privacy Policy and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Without
limiting the foregoing, Seven and/or the Sponsor may disclose the entrant’s personal
information to its related entities, business partners and external service providers for research
and profiling purposes as well as other purposes reasonably related to the entrant’s relationship
with Seven and/or the Sponsor. Research and profiling information will be used by the Sponsor
in any media and without further reference to an entrant. In addition, by entering this
competition, you consent to Seven and/or the Sponsor using your personal information for the
purpose of Seven and its related entities and/or the Sponsor sending you information regarding
programs, products and services available through them and/ or through their business
partners, and to Seven from time to time sharing your personal information with carefully
selected business partners for the purpose of them sending you such information directly.
Seven will always provide you with the ability to opt out of those communications.
