How can one enter the giveaway?
To enter the giveaway, eligible participants must complete the following steps during the competition period:
1. Access the nib HealthCheck by logging into either the nib App, nib Member Account online, GreenPass member account, or via the website at https://www.nib.com.au/healthcheck. Alternatively, GU Health members can log in via the GU Health App, GU Health Member Account online, or https://www.guhealth.com.au/healthservices/healthcheck/.
2. Answer and submit all responses to complete their HealthCheck.
3. Ensure that they are an active member at the time the competition is drawn (members whose policies are suspended, in arrears, or on hold are excluded).
4. Have a registered first name, last name, and valid email address on their membership or policy to receive prize communication.
Each eligible entrant can enter only once.
What prize can be won, and what is the total prize pool amount?
There are forty (40) individual prizes to be won. Each prize consists of an Activ Visa 'Travel and Explore' Gift Card valued at AUD $500, inclusive of GST. The total prize pool for the competition is AUD $20,000. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, Heritage Bank, and may not be resold or used for commercial purposes.
Additional Details:
- The prize draw will take place on Wednesday, 11th September 2024, at 2:00 pm AEST at Gadens, Level 13, Collins Arch, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC, Australia.
- Winners will be contacted by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their names will be published on the nib website on Wednesday, 18th September 2024.
- Prizes will be emailed to the winners once they confirm their email address. If a prize is not accepted or claimed by Friday, 27th September 2024, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday, 2nd October 2024, at the same time and place as the original draw.
- Winners of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email within two (2) business days and their names will be published on the nib website on Wednesday, 9th October 2024.
- The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms and conditions.
