The event, BenQ Australia Bring Home Football Passion Cash Prize Draw, starts from 27th of May, 2014 at 12:01pm in Australia, until 15th of July, 2014 at 11:59pm in Australia.
A random draw through an automated software program from all entrants will be made on 17th of July, 2014. BenQ Australia Corporation ("Event Organizer") will announce winners on 22nd of July, 2014 on the Event/App of BenQ fan page.
In order to be qualified for the lucky draw, entrants have to: 1. Purchase any BenQ W Series Projector between 1st of May, 2014 and 13th of July, 2014 from a BenQ Australia Authorised Reseller. Purchases from BenQ Australia online store are excluded 2. Enter the event page to fill your full name, contact phone number, email, place of purchase, date of purchase, product model and product serial number.
After the drawing on 22nd of July, 2014, the winner will be contacted by a representative from Event Organizer by telephone or email.
Proof of purchase must be provided to the Event Organizer (in form of receipt) to be eligible for the prize.
If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days from the 1st day of contact initiation by Event Organizer/its representatives, or declines the prize. Event Organizer reserves the right, atits sole discretion, to select another entrant or to cancel the prize.
This event is open to legal residents who are 18 years or older at the time the event begins. Excluding employees of the Event Organizer, its/their parent and affiliated companies, representatives, dealers and advertising and provincial agencies and those with whom they are domiciled. The event is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.
Event Organizer must receive A COPY OF PROOF OF PURCHASE prior to the 22nd July
The prize comprise of one (1) Thousand Australia Dollars Cash (AU$1000) for eachwinner, total Five (5) winners. Prize will be presented by Cheque made payable to the Registered Entrant.
No communications will be initiated by Event Organizer except contacting with selected entrants.

Event Organizer assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet or the website during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Event Organizer reserves the right, in its/their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this event, or any portion thereof, should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the event. Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Event Organizer reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
