Entry is only open to: a) Australian residents aged 18 years or over holding an Australian PayPal personal or premier account (“Eligible Individuals”); or b) Small Australian merchants who have received less than AUD$120,000 in total payment volume in their Australian PayPal business or premier account during the period of 18/05/13 to 18/05/14 (“Eligible Merchant”). PROMOTIONAL PERIOD Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 18/05/2014 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30/06/2014 (“Promotional Period”). HOW TO ENTER To receive an automatic entry in Draw 1, Eligible Individuals must make payment for any purchase via their Australian PayPal account (“Qualifying Transaction”) during the Promotional Period. For each Qualifying Transaction, the Eligible Merchant receiving payment from Eligible Individuals will also receive an automatic entry into Draw 2 of the promotion. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by PayPal not time of transmission by the entrant. PayPal is not responsible for any entries not received by PayPal or for any delays in the delivery of any entries. Entries will be divided into the following Draws: Draw 1 will be made from all Eligible Individual entries, and Draw 2 will be made from all Eligible Merchant entries.
