Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Entrants between 13 and 17 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter, and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD:
Promotion commences on 1 May 2015 and ends at 11.59pm AEDST on 30 November 2015 (“Promotional Period”). All claims for the $10,000 instant win prize must be received by 11.59pm AEDST on 4 December 2015.
HOW TO ENTER:
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any specially marked Lindt ‘Hello’ 100g chocolate block (“Eligible Block”) during the Promotional Period.
Five (5) ‘Talking Blocks’ will be available to be found and purchased during the Promotional Period. An entrant who purchases a ‘Talking Block’ during the Promotional Period and fulfils the prize claim and eligibility requirements will be deemed a winner of $10,000. A ‘Talking Block’ is a specially marked Lindt ‘Hello’ 100g chocolate block which will play a recorded message once the wrapping on the Eligible Block is removed and the inside of the wrapper is exposed to light. In addition, the ‘Talking Block’ will also contain a written message notifying the entrant they are a winner of $10,000, subject to fulfilling the eligibility and prize claim requirements.
To claim the $10,000 prize, the entrant must call the phone number found on the inside of the pack and provide to the representative of the Promoter, as requested by 5:00pm AEDST on 4 December 2015: (i) the unique code found inside the Eligible Block purchased; (ii) proof of purchase (i.e. the original receipt) and the Eligible Block product packaging featuring the winning unique code; and (iii) proof of eligibility.
To enter for the chance to win a $25 instant win prize, individuals must visit www.Hellotalkingblock.com, follow the prompts to the entry form, input the requested details including the unique code found inside the Eligible Block purchased, and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional Period. Each entrant will be notified instantly online whether or not they are an instant winner. $25 instant prize winners must then follow the prompts on screen to claim their prize by providing and submitting their valid direct debit bank transfer details during the Promotional Period. All valid entries received from non-winners of an instant prize will automatically be placed in the 2nd chance draw for any unclaimed $10,000 prizes.
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per specified purchase requirement; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements; and (c) a maximum of three (3) entries per person per day is permitted.
PRIZES:
The instant win prize available to be won are as follows:

200 x $25.
Winners will receive their prize via a direct debit bank transfer.
