The Promotion will commence at 12:01AM AEDT on 13/10/2014 and end at 11:59PM AEDT on 16/11/2014 (Promotion Period).
WHO CAN ENTER?
Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older, excluding:
(a) management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, the Participating Outlets and other agencies, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of the prizes);
(b) a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 9(a) of these Conditions of Entry;
(c) persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 9(b) of these Conditions of Entry includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
HOW TO ENTER:
To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, make a purchase from a participating Hudsons Coffee Store (Qualifying Purchase) and complete their entry in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Entry is via the Internet only.
Eligible Entrants must complete their Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period by:
(a)visiting www.hudsonscoffee.com.au/myholiday and following the links to the Promotion (Online Entry Site);
(b)fully completing and submitting the online Promotion entry form on the Online Entry Site (Online Entry Form), including:
i. all personal details, including but not limited to their first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, and valid email address:
ii. transaction details including the Hudsons Coffee Store the transaction was made, transaction / receipt total and transaction / receipt number;
iii. if applicable, a Hudsons Coffee Rewards Club Member Number (not mandatory); and
iv. indicating their acceptance of these Conditions of Entry (Eligible Entry).
PRIZES:
Each Prize is a travel voucher valued at $10,000 (including GST) issued by Corporate Travel Management (Prize).
Acceptance and use of a Prize is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by Corporate Travel Management, the Prize provider. Each Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of being awarded. Any unused Prize balance will not be refunded or credited when the 12 month term expires and no payment or compensation will be made in lieu. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available Prize value the respective Prize winner will be required to make up the difference between the purchase price and the balance. Each Prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by Corporate Travel Management. Once a Prize is booked no changes can be made.
All costs associated or arising in connection with a Prize are the sole responsibility of the respective Prize winner. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a Prize, including additional travel and accommodation costs, food and drink and personal expenses are not included and are at the Prize winner's cost.
The total prize pool available to be won in the Promotion is valued at $50,000 (including GST).
