How to enter:

To enter for a chance to win a prize described in clause 7 below, an entrant must register to take part in the 'Floodsmart Survey' between 12.01am (AEST) 1 February 2021 and 11:59pm 28 February 2021 (AEST). Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to enter the competition. If Entrants are under 18 years, consent of a parent or guardian must first be obtained before participating in the survey.
2. As part of the survey you will be asked to provide your email address.

5. Only one entry per person will be accepted. All subsequent entries will be deemed invalid.
6. The survey provider reserves the right to verify the validity of the entries and to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Prizes:
7. Five (5) valid entrants will be randomly drawn to receive a $100 AT PARRAMATTA Gift Card (5 winners).
8. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included.
9. The prize is not exchangeable, transferrable or redeemable for cash.
10. Winners will be notified via email by 5pm (AEST) on 15 March 2021.
