1. Winners will be selected at random.
2. The Promoter will draw the winners on Monday 2nd November 2020.
3. The Promoter shall endeavour to contact the winners via their contact details one week of the selection date. In the event that any winner does not reply to Purebaby within 24 hours of notification, an alternate winner/s will be selected at random and the original winner/s will be deemed to forfeit any Prize.

4. Where there is an unclaimed Prize, Purebaby will redraw a winner on the 30th November 2020.
5. The winners will be contacted, and the Prize will be arranged and sent via email.
6. The Prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The Prize is valid to be redeemed on the dates set out on the face of the Prize.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of Purebaby, includes objectionable content, profanity, potentially insulting, inflammatory or defamatory statements, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a winner if the promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
